Job summary

Comfort Systems USA in Cincinnati is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You will read blueprints, coordinate with trades, manage material layouts, and ensure workmanship meets NEC standards.

You will also mentor team members, develop schedules and material lists, and drive safe, on-time performance within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities to guide a crew of ~5 electricians.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and schematics.
• Experience coordinating with other trades and supervising on site.
• Familiar with BlueBeam, Navisworks and Trimble as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts, area prints and job site demands.
• Help achieve production and budget goals by communicating needs to the team.
• Ensure crew work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduit.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, panels, and feeders.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
