Job summary
Haleon Guayama Site is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to lead the safety, compliance, and performance of all electrical systems. You will influence design, maintenance, and operation to meet GMP and sustainability targets.
Lead the Electrical compliance program, support project development, and drive energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in supporting pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, FDA and environmental regulations.
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement projects.
- Understanding of electrical equipment in hazardous areas.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert services in electrical power, instrumentation, and control.
- Manage minor works for safety, efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead site electrical compliance programs and networks.
- Support Global Head of Electrical Engineering in electrical program development.
- Lead the Utilities electrical maintenance program.
- Advise on selection of contractors and suppliers meeting Haleon standards.
- Develop and implement codes for safe operation of site systems.
- Contribute to training programs for site personnel in electrical engineering.
