Job summary

Haleon seeks an experienced Project Manager for Capital Projects to lead multi-disciplinary initiatives from concept through close-out at the Guayama JV site. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating design documents, engaging A&E partners, preparing cost estimates, and guiding contractors. Strong communication and the ability to lead multiple tasks are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• More than four years of capital project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate issues and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplined projects from inception to completion to support site operations.
• Coordinate information across the project team and prepare routine status reports.
• Apply engineering principles to project work and identify/solve technical problems.
• Incorporate cGMP and regulatory compliance into project scopes and design activities.
• Coordinate design documents, select A&E firms, and review drawings and specs.
