Job summary

Haleon is seeking a seasoned Capital Portfolio Manager to lead the execution of defined capital projects across site operations. You will manage scopes from concept through close, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and company standards.

This position emphasizes strong reporting, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills. Qualified candidates will bring 8+ years of capital project management experience, engineering degrees, and proven ability to work across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in capital project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinined capital projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare routine project status reports and apply engineering principles to project work.
• Coordinate design and construction activities with internal teams and external A&E firms.
• Prepare project estimates, bid packages, and schedules; track costs.
• Inspect progress, ensure conformance to drawings, specs and safety regulations.
