Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Capital Portfolio Manager to lead and execute multiple capital projects within the site operations framework. You will manage design, procurement, and construction activities to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering, EHS, and operations, applying cGMP practices and regulatory guidelines while driving timely project close-out and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Engineering (Preferred).
• Experience in Automation and Packaging Capital Projects Preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in capital project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary capital projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with site standards and business needs.
• Prepare routine project status reports and cost forecasts.
