Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a lead electrical engineer to design, build, and maintain power systems for advanced facilities and data centers. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with partners, and ensure projects meet budgets and schedules.

You will oversee load flow analyses, equipment evaluations, and integration with building systems, while guiding junior engineers and technicians in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience on electrical projects and power distribution.
• PE license preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers to design and specify power systems.
• Oversee installation of power distribution, UPS, generators, and lighting.
• Coordinate with utilities and ensure code compliance (NFPA, NEC, IBC).
• Support facility technicians and perform load flow analyses and equipment evaluations.
• Ensure interfaces with mechanical and electrical systems meet power budgets.
