Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN seeks a Lead Electrical Reliability Engineer to design, build, and activate power systems for advanced data centers. You will lead a team of electrical engineers, collaborating with MEP disciplines to deliver robust infrastructure.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with autonomy to solve complex problems and drive global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience leading a team of electrical engineers on complex projects.
• Experience with power distribution systems, switchgear, UPSs, and generators.
• PE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers to design power distribution systems and related equipment.
• Coordinate installations and maintenance with utilities and trade partners.
• Ensure designs meet NFPA 70 series, IBC, and other applicable codes.
• Provide load flow analyses, equipment grounding, and system troubleshooting.
