Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a lead electrical engineer to design, build, and activate advanced facilities and data centers in a fast-paced environment. You will guide a team of electrical engineers, ensuring detailed design, proper coordination with other disciplines, and adherence to power budgets and codes.

You will manage multiple projects with autonomy, perform load flow analyses, and support facility technicians while driving real-world impact on infrastructure development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience on electrical projects, power distribution, switchgear, UPSs, and/or generators.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to design electrical power distribution, switchgear, lighting, UPS, generators, and related systems.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and operation of facility electrical components and systems.
• Ensure interfaces with mechanical systems, compliance with codes, and coordination with local utilities for installations and maintenance.
• Perform load flow analysis, equipment evaluation, grounding, and power monitoring using appropriate standards and NFPA guidelines.
