Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a lead electrical engineer to design, build, and operate power systems for advanced facilities and data centers. You will manage a team, coordinate with MEP engineers, and drive projects with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for load flow analysis, equipment evaluation, grounding, and ensuring adherence to NFPA and IBC standards, while working with trade partners and internal customers to deliver reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience on electrical projects, power distribution, switchgear, UPS, or generators.
• PE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and coordinate with other disciplines on electrical design.
• Develop power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and lighting systems.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and operation of electrical components and systems.
• Perform load flow analysis and equipment evaluation while ensuring code compliance.
• Coordinate installations with utilities and ensure interfaces with other systems.
