SpaceXAI is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge power systems for our advanced facilities and data centers. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with trade partners, and deliver reliable power solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, and generators, plus expertise in NFPA codes and electrical safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience on electrical projects, power distribution systems, switchgear, UPS's, and/or generators.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers to design and install power distribution, switchgear, UPS, and generators.
• Provide electrical support to facility technicians for troubleshooting of existing equipment and controls.
• Coordinate installations with local utilities and ensure compliance with applicable codes and NFPA standards.
• Review power systems, grounding, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and safety.
