Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a lead electrical engineer to design, build, and maintain power systems for advanced facilities and data centers. You will lead a team of electrical engineers, collaborating with mechanical and other disciplines to ensure projects meet budgets, schedules, and safety requirements.

You will oversee power distribution, UPS, switchgear, and emergency generators, and ensure proper documentation and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience working on electrical projects, power distribution systems, switchgear, UPS's, and/or generators.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to design electrical power distribution, switchgear, UPS and generators.
• Provide electrical engineering support to facility technicians for troubleshooting.
• Perform load flow analysis and equipment evaluation for facility systems.
• Ensure interfaces with other systems and compliance with codes and regulations, including NFPA standards.
