Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Shift Manager Electrical Maintenance for our Indiana Harbor team in East Chicago, IN. This frontline leader directs a team of electrical maintenance technicians to keep plant operations safe, reliable, and efficient.

You will spend much of your time in the field providing daily direction, coordinating activities, supporting troubleshooting, and developing employees in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Two+ years electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, automation, drives, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Technician Electrical on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily electrical maintenance to support production goals.
• Provide hands-on leadership for troubleshooting electrical, automation, and control issues.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and manage shift communications.
