Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with strong safety leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
2+ years in electrical maintenance in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Maintenance Technician Electrical employees on shift.
Promote safety, conduct observations, and ensure compliance with EH&S and quality.
Coordinate daily electrical maintenance to support production goals.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical, automation, and control issues.
Coach and develop maintenance staff and manage shift communications.
