Job summary

Comfort Systems USA in Mount Crawford, VA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical construction projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensure quality, and coordinate workflows to meet schedules and budgets.

You will read plans and specifications, size and install conduits, devices, and panels, and mentor your team while upholding NEC standards and job safety.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeymen.
• Understands blueprints, schematics and project documents; reads specs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets highest standards and schedules.
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists for their team.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, panels, conduit and feeders.
• Read project specs and blueprints; ensure NEC compliance.
