Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise, train, and evaluate the team, ensuring safety and high-quality execution on site.

The role requires coordinating manpower, developing material lists, and reading blueprints to lay out work, install conduit, and troubleshoot lighting and power circuits while maintaining collaboration with other trades.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a crew of ~5 workers.
• Strong communication with other trades and supervisors.
• Read and understand project specs, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Meet production and budget goals through clear team communication.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and electrical devices.
• Read project specs and blueprints to lay out work.
• Coordinate with supervision and other trades on site.
