Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor - Multi-Family to lead and oversee electrical installation activities across multiple multifamily projects. You will supervise foremen and crews, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules, and coordinate with project managers to meet scope and budget goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in electrical construction, strong knowledge of codes, and a track record of mentoring field staff.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating multi-project work.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, safety, and budgets on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Foremen/Project Superintendents on multiple projects.
• Direct installation crews, field staff, PCIs, and subcontractors.
• Monitor field operations for safety, schedule adherence, and budget.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures on site.
• Mentor and develop field employees to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align scope and timelines.
