Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent - Multi-Family to manage day-to-day site activities on a residential project. You will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion in a multi-family setting.

Candidates should have extensive installation experience, strong supervisory skills, and knowledge of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing on new construction sites.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Required: Minimum 8 years of installation experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Understanding of residential and commercial new construction processes and codes.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, train, mentor, and develop field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Read plans, specifications and documents to determine scope and material needs.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers and inspectors.
• Inspect work for code compliance and timeliness.
