Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent - Multi-Family to lead day-to-day activities on a residential project. You will coordinate with partners, supervise crews, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work on a multi-family site.

The role requires extensive on-site leadership, planning, and collaboration with general contractors and inspectors. A strong background in electrical installation and on-site supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• 8 years of installation experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Thorough understanding of installation practices, standards, and codes.
• Ability to supervise, train, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Ability to oversee multiple people, projects, and priorities.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read plans, specifications, and construction documents to determine scope, materials, and installation requirements.
• Supervise installation crews, field employees, punch mechanics, and subcontractors.
• Serve as on-site safety competent person and client point of contact.
• Identify tools, materials, and equipment needed for tasks.
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Walk job sites daily to ensure progress and address deficiencies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and logistics.
• Provide on-site direction and leadership to field personnel and subcontractors.
• Manage site materials, takeoffs, orders, inventory, and storage.
• Support production schedules and project deadlines.
