Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written English preferred.
• Professional certifications or licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate job site operations for multi-family projects.
• Lead field crews, apprentices, and laborers; manage schedules and materials.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in weekly site meetings; communicate status and concerns.
