Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day activities of a single multi-family residential project. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure quality, safety, and production while reading plans, specifications, and construction documents to determine scope and material needs.

You will supervise crews and subcontractors, serve as on-site safety lead, and maintain required documentation and progress reports,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Minimum 8 years of installation experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Strong understanding of installation practices, industry standards, and applicable codes.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial new construction processes.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, train, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• HVAC and electrical installation knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of a single residential project.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production on the multi-family project.
• Read plans, specs, and construction documents to determine scope.
• Supervise installation crews, field employees, and subcontractors.
• Act as on-site safety competent person and client contact.
• Identify tools, materials, and equipment for tasks.
• Maintain documentation, inspections, and as-built drawings.
• Collaborate with general contractors and inspectors to meet codes.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel and crews.
