Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent - Multi-Family to oversee day-to-day activities of a single project, ensuring quality, production, and safety on residential multi-family sites.

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in electrical installation, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• 8+ years installation experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing installation practices, standards, and codes.
• Experience with residential/commercial new construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and specs to determine scope, materials, and equipment needs.
• Supervise installation crews, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• On-site safety lead and client point of contact.
• Coordinate tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient work.
• Document operations, safety checks, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with general contractors, inspectors, and trades to meet schedules and codes.
• Oversee quality, timeliness, and code compliance.
• Walk sites daily to monitor progress and address deficiencies.
• Provide direction and leadership to field personnel and subcontractors.
• Manage on-site materials including takeoffs and inventory.
