Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written materials.
• Professional certifications or licenses preferred.
• Experience with NEC and state codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews, apprentices, and laborers on multi-family projects.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Inspect sites and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth handoffs.
• Lead weekly site meetings and provide status updates.
• Mentor team members to develop technical skills.
