Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) invites applications for a Lead Estimator to drive accurate pre‑construction cost estimates for electrical projects. You will analyze drawings, specs and bid documents, develop estimating strategies, and mentor estimators while coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs, pricing, labor, and equipment estimates for bids.
• Review plans, specs, and bid documents to define project scope.
• Perform on-screen and off-screen take-offs.
• Develop estimating approaches and bid strategies using industry practices.
• Prepare and coordinate proposal deliverables and bid documents.
• Conduct due diligence, assess risks, and support project teams.
