Job summary

InPwr Inc. in Indianapolis, Denver, or Charlotte seeks a seasoned Chief Electrical Estimator to lead the estimating department, establish technical standards, and oversee training and staffing.

This role requires 10+ years in electrical estimating, a Master’s electrical license, and strong leadership to drive accurate, competitive bids. The position collaborates with project management, engineering, design, and procurement to optimize bid strategies, ensure NEC compliance, and deliver

• 10+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Master's electrical license required.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for the Stop Gate estimating processes.
• Enforce InPwr policies and HR guidelines within the estimating staff.
• Lead bid proposal development and strategy sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Project Management, General Superintendents, HR, Engineering, and Design.
• Review bid documents and follow-up RFIs; negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee and improve estimating processes and pricing strategies.
• Update bid tracking and reporting to senior leadership.
