Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering required.
• 2 years' equivalent experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of estimating tools OST, Accubid, Tra-ser, and BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Support conceptual and detailed design of solar electrical systems.
• Challenge design concepts and present ideas to Precon team.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in pricing and bidding of projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for bids and documents.
• Prepare and review contract exhibits for scope and risk.
• Maintain bid information and participate in internal estimate reviews.
