Job summary

Rosendin in Pflugerville, TX seeks a Superintendent to direct, train, and manage subcontractors across projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, establish hiring processes, and oversee material scheduling to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a deep understanding of commercial electrical field management. Travel up to 100% and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years supervisory experience in facility/construction.
• Knowledge of commercial electrical field management, design and contracting.
• Ability to lead, train and evaluate field staff and subcontractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate processes.
• Establish and improve hiring processes for field personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate material to ship to job site.
• Oversee projects in area to meet forecasted timelines and budgets.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure field staff follow government regulations and contract documents.
• Assign staffing to meet project timelines and budgets with Director input.
• Develop training programs for Field Staffing and conduct area meetings.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring and training of field staff.
