Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to direct, train, and manage field personnel across multiple subcontractors on high-profile projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers, plan staffing, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates expertise in commercial electrical field management, design and contracting.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Prioritize and manage changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate standardization of processes.
• Establishes new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
• Schedules and coordinates material to ship to job site.
• Oversees and ensures projects in the area meet forecasts.
• Oversees Safety Program and maintains Safety Standards.
• Ensures Field Staff follow government regulations and contract documents.
• Assigns field staffing to meet timelines and budgets with Director of Production.
• Coordinates with Tools/Equipment Manager on tools and inventory.
• Manages Production and Field Staffing Team for a area.
• Responsible for direction, coordination, and evaluation of field staff.
• Assists in interviewing, hiring, and training of Field/Support staff.
• Develops training programs for Field Staffing.
• Conducts area Production and Field Staff meetings as required.
