Job summary

Raytheon is hiring an Electrical Engineer for an on-site role in Tewksbury/Andover, MA. You will design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to mission-critical technologies.

Requirements include a STEM bachelor’s degree and strong hands-on experience with test equipment; U.S. security clearance is required for start date. Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior experience.
• Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors
• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases
• Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges
