Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Test Solutions team in TEWKSBURY/ANDOVER, MA. The role is onsite, with five years of electrical design and testing experience, involving interface test adapters, instrumentation, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

You will mentor a 3-5 person team, design production test stations, and support lifecycle from development to integration. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years.
• Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters).

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface test Adapters), and harnesses
• Design capture activities via the creating of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis
• Act, either as a part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products
• Mentor cross‑functional teams of 3-5 members, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on‑time and within‑scope completion.
