Job summary

Qnity’s Silicon Valley Technology Center in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to guide advanced PCB and IC packaging projects of high-speed, high-frequency electronics. You will translate RF, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI requirements into material selection, design guidance, and validated solutions for premier OEMs.

Qualifications

• MSc in Electrical Engineering with extensive RF/SI/EMC experience.
• PhD preferred with strong R&D track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead applications development for flex, rigid PCB and IC packaging materials with OEM customers.
• Translate RF/SI/EMC requirements into design guidance and validated solutions.
• Own RF/SI characterization capability and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
