Job summary

Qnity’s Silicon Valley Technology Center in Sunnyvale is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer, Research & Development to drive advanced RF, SI, and EMI solutions. You will own characterization capabilities, collaborate across teams, and translate customer needs into validated, high-performance designs.

You will lead projects with OEM clients, mentor engineers, and represent Qnity in industry forums, leveraging tools like Keysight ADS, HFSS, and COMSOL to guide design choices.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with 4+ years of relevant RF/SI/EMI experience.
• Expertise in RF and signal integrity design, simulation, measurement, and characterization.
• Experience applying IPC standards to electronic materials characterization.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical engagements and cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Stage Gate, or similar development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead applications development that advances adoption of Qnity’s materials with OEM customers.
• Define requirements with customers and deliver validated solutions.
• Design, simulate, and characterize RF, SI, power integrity, and EMI test vehicles.
