Job summary
Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for the Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. You will design and lead a team in electrical and electro‑mechanical parts for renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets.
You will collaborate across disciplines to meet customer requirements, ensure manufacturability, and support through development, service, and aftermarket needs, with travel up to 25% and relocation assistance
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
- 10 years of product design experience required.
- Experience with low voltage electrical circuits, wire harnesses, PLCs, and complex assemblies.
- Design experience in electrical components for energy industry.
- Programming and controls software design experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the engineering team.
- Provide coaching and development for team members.
- Develop design scope and timelines within projects.
- Meet project requirements and timelines.
- Create/update engineering design standards and 2D/3D prints.
