Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Product Engineering Team in Menasha, WI. You will design and specify electrical and electro-mechanical parts for products used in renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining and data center markets.

You will collaborate with the Design Engineering team to ensure manufacturability and support products through development, service, and aftermarket needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Internship or 6 months of work experience.
• Working knowledge of 2D/3D CAD design software (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and PLC controllers.
• Experience in Bill of Materials creation and Change Notice processes.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings and specs for proper application.
• Design electrical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
• Perform design calculations to meet project requirements.
• Prepare electrical schematics and BOMs.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing teams.
