Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Menasha, WI to direct a design team and develop electrical/electro-mechanical components for energy, renewables, and data-center products.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate project timelines, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups to deliver manufacturable designs and robust solutions. Onsite work with relocation support and travel up to 25% is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in design.
• Working knowledge of Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks or Creo.
• Experience with low voltage circuits, wire harnesses, PLC controllers.
• Experience with electrical components in energy industry.
• Programming and controls software experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of their engineering team.
• Provides coaching and development opportunities for their team.
• Develops the design scope and timeline for their discipline.
• Ensures project requirements and timelines are met.
• Researches and updates engineering standards for best practices.
• Supports electrical components and sub-systems design for power products.
• Performs complex design calculations for compliance.
• Produces electrical schematics, prints, assemblies, and compliance docs.
• Interacts with cross-functional staff regularly.
• Presents technical information during design reviews.
