Job summary
Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for our Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. You will lead design activities, mentor engineers, and drive electrical and electro-mechanical systems for renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, and data center applications.
The role requires 10+ years of product design experience with strong CAD and PLC proficiency, onsite work in Menasha, relocation assistance available, and collaboration across disciplines to meet
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design.
- Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
- Experience with low voltage circuits, wire harnesses, PLC controllers.
- Design experience with electrical components or equipment in the energy industry.
- Experience with programming and controls software.
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of their engineering team.
- Provides coaching and development opportunities for their team through regular interactions.
- Develops the design scope and timeline for their discipline within engineering projects.
- Responsible for meeting project requirements and timelines.
- Research, create, and update engineering design standards to promote best practices.
- Supports the design of electrical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
