Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for the Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. You will design and lead efforts for electrical and electro-mechanical components used in renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets.

You will guide and mentor a team of designers and engineers, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure products meet manufacturability and service needs throughout development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD design software: Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo.
• Design experience with low voltage circuits, wire harnesses, PLCs, and complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the engineering team.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for the team.
• Develop design scope and timelines for engineering projects.
• Ensure project requirements and timelines are met and aligned with standards.
• Produce electrical schematics, component prints, assemblies, and compliance documents.
