Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join the Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. Lead the design of electrical and electro-mechanical components for energy and data center solutions and mentor a team of designers and engineers.

Responsibilities include coordinating design activities, aligning with project timelines, and ensuring manufacturability and reliability of power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge in 2D/3D CAD design software (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Significant design experience with low voltage electrical circuits, wire harness, PLC controllers, and complex electrical systems.
• Design experience in electrical components or equipment within the energy industry.
• Design experience with programming and controls software.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of their engineering team.
• Provides coaching and development opportunities for their team through regular interactions.
• Develops the design scope and timeline for their discipline within engineering projects.
• Responsible for meeting project requirements and timelines.
• Research, create, and update engineering design standards to promote best practices.
• Supports the design of electrical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
