Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. You will design and lead others in specifying electrical and electro‑mechanical parts for products used in renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets.

As a senior engineer, you will coach a team, align activities to project timelines, ensure manufacturability and serviceability, and collaborate across disciplines to meet customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering and product design.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD design software (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Significant design experience with low voltage electrical circuits, wire harnesses, PLC controllers, and complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the engineering team's activities.
• Coaches and develops team members through regular interactions.
• Develops design scope and timeline for engineering projects.
• Ensures project requirements and timelines are met.
• Produces electrical schematics, component prints, and system documentation.
