Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in related field.
• Experience with medical applications or compliance is a plus.
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of systems, products and subsystems to specification, cost, schedule and quality goals.
• Diagnose design, field performance and test issues; implement corrective actions.
• Own the success of the product in customers' applications and guide actions accordingly.
• Follow Product Development Process and ECO procedures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain to improve manufacturability and quality.
