Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Customer Experience Center in Wilmington, MA. You will design, test, and validate efficient power supplies for industrial and medical applications, addressing EMI, safety, and system integration.

The role involves designing, testing, and analyzing components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting results to management. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power supplies per customer and regulatory specifications.
• Interface with internal teams & customers on EMI, safety and system integration.
• Develop design tools and predictive methods to reduce changes on iterations.
• Build prototypes / modified power sources for preproduction testing.
• Analyze test data to verify design meets specifications.
