Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) in Menasha, WI seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support the Product Engineering team. You will design/mechanically specify parts and assemblies for renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets.

Work with multiple disciplines to ensure manufacturability and alignment with customer needs. The role covers design & qualification of mechanical components, BOMs, change notices, and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Internship or 6 months of work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/schematics.
• Experience with BOM creation and Change Notice processes.
• Experience with electrical components design.

Responsibilities

• Review technical drawings and mechanical specifications for proper application.
• Design mechanical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
• Perform detailed design calculations to meet project requirements.
• Produce 2D prints and 3D models for components and assemblies.
• Develop product BOM structures and Change Notices for releases.
• Support costing, manuals, service, and aftermarket teams.
