Job summary
Valar Atomics seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to build and lead our electrical engineering team, owning the full plant electrical scope from interconnection to LV distribution. You will serve as the senior technical voice across Reactor, Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing, Power Generation, and site infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in power generation, utility, process, or industrial projects.
- Proven leadership of an electrical engineering team and direct hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical engineering team across Reactor, Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing, Power Generation, and Power Distribution.
- Own the electrical architecture end-to-end from interconnection to LV distribution.
- Approve studies, protection schemes, and equipment specifications for the plant.
- Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
- Build and scale the team, manage budgets, and ensure quality documentation.
