Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and PE license required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with LV/MV systems.
• Experience leading MV substations, switchgear, and protection.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this federal-focused role.
• Knowledge of UFCs, NFPA, NEC, ANSI/IEEE and NAVFAC/USACE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for power distribution and building systems.
• Review third‑party documents and provide technical guidance.
• Develop single-line/three-line diagrams and wiring layouts.
• Perform load, short circuit, arc flash, and voltage drop analyses.
• Prepare contract documents and support construction permits.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
