McM Engineering II, Inc. seeks a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and documentation of low- and medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution systems, while providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers across projects.

You will ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, UL, and NEMA standards, review deliverables, participate in customer reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance quality, reliability, and on-time delivery in an on-site Utah

• Advanced technical expertise in switchgear and power distribution system design.
• Ability to lead complex projects from concept through manufacturing and testing.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, UL, NEMA standards.
