Job summary

MCM Engineering is seeking a Design Engineer to design, develop, and document low to medium voltage switchgear and power distribution systems. You will ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, UL, and NEMA standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of relevant design experience with AutoCAD and E-Plan; familiarity with up to 38 kV systems is preferred. This is an on-site position with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in switchgear or power distribution design.
• Experience with AutoCAD and E-Plan software.
• Familiarity with low and medium voltage systems up to 38 kV.
• Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, UL, NEMA, and related standards.

Responsibilities
