MCM Engineering is seeking a Design Engineering Manager in Utah to lead a team of electrical design engineers focused on low and medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution systems. You will drive quality, schedule, and technical excellence while fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.

As the primary technical resource, you will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to IEC/IEEE/UL/NEMA standards throughout complex projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
