Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager in Leander, TX to lead multiple projects within our electrical data center construction portfolio.

You will partner with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to define scope, schedules, budgets, and risk plans.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in electrical/data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Experience with project management software tools.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and manage client communication.
• Commitment to safety with NFPA 70E or OSHA cert.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with clients and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project teams including electricians and subcontractors; set expectations.
• Coordinate resources and vendor relations for on-time completion.
• Monitor progress, budget, safety, and quality; report to stakeholders.
• Manage changes and document scope adjustments.
• Ensure quality assurance and code compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and regular progress reports.
• Close projects with reviews and final invoices.
