Job summary

Loenbro, LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) to join our Data Center Construction teams on project sites in Afton, TX. You will help ensure projects run smoothly, track costs, and support field and office activities under the Project Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, strong Excel skills, and experience on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Experience in the construction industry on large scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work both in field and office settings in a high production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities.
• Daily timecard entry and approval.
• Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts.
• Compile cycle times and production information and log this information for historical data.
• Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items.
• Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow.
