Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Lead Electrical & Controls Engineer to support MWIS projects. You will design control and automation strategies, develop control narratives, PLC programs, and electrical drawings, and work with the mechanical team to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.

You will read P&ID, develop control system architecture, and support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting. Travel up to 25% and relate with facility service teams is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical or related engineering field.
• 5 years of experience in the design of industrial water treatment systems.
• Proficiency with PLC/SCADA platforms (Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Siemens).
• Familiarity with NEC and UL508A.
• Experience with P&ID, SLDs, and control system design.

Responsabilidades

• Develop control narratives, PLC programs and drawings (electrical layout and panel drawings).
• Design complete control logic and safety sequences for plant operation.
• Prepare schematics, layouts and bills of materials for panel fabrication.
• Support commissioning, testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule and report risks.
