Job summary

Veolia's Water Technology Engineering team seeks an EI&C engineer to design instrumentation, electrical, controls, and programming for water treatment facilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting production, and participating in factory acceptance tests.

You will read drawings (P&IDs), perform calculations, develop control philosophy and logic, and ensure safety and compliance with UL/CEC standards; experience in PLC/HMI programming is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with complex industrial control system design.
• Passport and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering documents including P&IDs and process design guidelines.
• Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications.
• Perform calculations and select instrumentation for water treatment facilities.
• Design electrical and process control schematics and documentation.
• Lead FATs, CVTs, and factory acceptance tests.
• Manage budget, scope, schedule and report risks.
